Ingredients
- 6 cans green beans
- ½ stick butter (¼ cup)
- 1 can of Carnation evaporated milk (add milk)
- 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans of fried onions (use ½ can mixed into soup)
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Butter the bottom of a metal casserole pan with the ½ stick of butter.
- Add the green beans to the pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix together:
- Cream of mushroom soup
- Evaporated milk
- Pepper to taste
- ½ can fried onions
- Pour the soup mixture over the green beans and stir gently to combine.
- Cover the pan with a lid.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Add remaining fried onions on top as desired before serving.
